We provide whole and 1/2 cows, plus a limited selection of smaller choice-cut packages.

Raising healthy Wagyu cows in New England is about so much more than producing better meat. It’s about honoring a legacy that dates back thousands of years. For centuries, Japanese farmers have been raising Wagyu cattle with an incredible respect for these animals and the land they live on. It is a privilege to continue this tradition of raising healthy cows with a deep appreciation for the meat they produce.
